Antihero - In the cigar world, Raymond Pages may be the hero you want and the hero you deserve. Antihero is a unique offering from Raymond. More medium or medium-plus than full in body, it's rich and robust but incredibly balanced and smooth, never overwhelming. The wrapper is a dark Habano leaf - not a maduro but almost maduro looking - brimming with oils, nice tooth and texture. Cold draw features a distinct honey, bready character and notes of earth, leather, and spice. Nicely box-pressed, it burns perfectly, good draw, crisp carbon line, and firm ash you have to knock off. Starts out pleasantly with some notes of cocoa, wood, and some spice, with a slight musty earthiness and zero harshness. By the second half, the spice that is building gives way to black pepper, leather, cinnamon, and espresso. Antihero is the ideal cigar in combination of richness and smoothness and pairs perfectly with whiskey or beer.

Florida Man Cameroon - Florida Man Cameroon isn’t just another extension. It’s Raymond Pages flexing his talents, taking on sought-after wrappers, and proving he’s far more than a one-trick pony. Smooth, spicy, nutty, and sweet, this cigar shows a young blender hitting his stride with a blend that’s as refined as it is memorable

Florida Man - The cigar itself is the real story. Florida Man is crafted with a lovely Connecticut wrapper that's oozing with a golden sheen, buttery smooth looking with some fine veins. Like all Raymond-made blends, it brings flawless construction including an ash that stays solid damn near halfway through the smoke. Almost medium-bodied, it's on the medium side of mild to medium for sure, with enough oomph to stay extremely interesting but without the slight bitterness often associated with Connecticut Shade. There is some nice spice on the lips and touch of pepper that you may not expect along with a pronounced floral note. Very interesting, complex, refined, pepper and some creaminess, with nuanced notes that ebb and flow from head to foot. This beautiful baby burns slowly and deliberately, making for a pleasing, full hour long ride perfect any time of day.

Last of My Kind - Last of My Kind is a full-bodied, robust, complex cigar brimming with leather flavors, there is no doubt. But that is said of many cigars. This one is hard to do justice because it has layers upon layers of flavor and more complexity than most. The wrapper is perfect: oily, Habano, dark, toothy. Firm throughout, the cold draw brings notes of raisins and coffee. Toasting it delivers a razor-sharp burn line and very white, firm ash that holds firm. Flavor wise there is ample sweetness up front with a rich, full coating of smoke, cocoa, and molasses. As you proceed here comes the richness and complexity, with notes of leather, rye, cinnamon with a nice barnyard finish and copious amounts of smoke. In the final third it’s earthy and bready with an underlying, lingering spiciness. On one hand it may be the Man’s Man of the Man’s Man Cigar of the Year. In the cigar arms race to produce full-bodied blends enough to sprout new chest hairs or burn them off this is nothing new.

Penn Standard Broadleaf - A gorgeous, dark horse of a blend from Nicaragua that will captivate you the moment you lay eyes on it. Have a look at the luscious, dark, genuine Pennsylvania-grown Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, an oily beauty with some nice mottling and tooth that will have you drooling – a preview of things to come. The binder is Habano-seed Esteli-grown leaf; the multi-country fillers are a recipe of Habano Esteli and Habano Condega grown in the jet black volcanic soils of Nicaragua together with Habano Copan from Honduras. On the opening, there’s nice sweetness on the lips with a refined flavor that’s smooth and almost chocolatey together with some spices, yet zero bite and no harshness. The ash is grey and holds firm, developing layer after layer before falling off in large chunks as it progresses. The smoke clouds billow with copious amounts of smoke. Warmer, creamy and smooth with a baked bread aroma, it burns slow with continued spice and strength throughout. Into the second half there is natural tobacco sweetness, hints of coffee, cocoa and leather with a pronounced hickory note and a mellow, pleasant finish on the palate. On the fuller side of medium to full bodied, this complex yet balanced prime steak is one solid smoke.

The Founder Serie I - a full-bodied, boutique Nicaraguan cigar, wrapped in an alluring dark, moist and oily Cuban-seed Ecuadorian Habano leaf. At the core lies a carefully curated, 5-year aged blend of Nicaraguan long-leaf tobaccos from Jalapa, Condega, and Ometepe bound by a rich Mexican San Andres binder. From the first draw, The Founder commands attention with a zesty burst of spice on the palate that gradually softens as it burns to reveal a complex progression of earthy undertones, leather, and coffee. The draw is nicely resistant, not too easy nor too stiff, with good combustion and an exquisitely firm, white ash. Subtle hints of natural sweetness emerge as the cigar evolves, delivering a balanced, refined smoking experience from start to finish. Limited to 10,000 cigars in annual production.
