Mine arrived with several scratches. I will admit customer service offered a refund or replacement. Problem was it took 12 days to get this one. By the time I got them exchanged I would have several hundred dollars is cigars bone dry. So I decided to live with the scratches.
A few days ago I noticed the humidifier that came with it which uses cigar juice doesn't hold the solution well at all. At first I thought I was adding too much solution to it then I decided to order an identical one from Amazon and sure enough the new one doesn't leak at all. The one that came with it you literally have to allow almost every drop to drain out before putting on back in the humidor. The new humidifier I ordered which is identical and made by the same company you can add the exact same amount of solution and it doesn't leak a drop. I know not or over fill them. It's not my first rodeo but this is not a case of overfilling. Any amount will drain right out. The new humidifier doesn't drain or leak at all.
I would give this one a lot of thought before ordering regardless of the price.
I almost never give a bad review but this one is leaving me no choice.
