Great cigar!
I have tried teh corona size first and absolutely loved it. So I stocked up on some Tubos. Word of advice on these it is better to untube them and rest them in your humidor for a feww weeks-months. The flavors are sweet creamy tobacco with hints of this and that. Perfect draw and burn. No touch ups needed. Long ash. This cigar is in my regular rotation of CT cigars along with montecristo (original), oliva reserva, JDN CT. Cant go wrong!

Best cigar for the price
The cigars are absolutely fantastic. I think they taste a lot like butter, pecan ice cream. I have smoked quite a few of these and I keep coming back. You won’t be disappointed.

Classic Connecticut Shade
Purchased these a few times. They're your classic Connecticut Shade cigar with the similar flavor profile you find in those same cigars. Like the description says, I'd put it in that mild/medium category. They definitely stand up to being paired with your morning coffee and don't get overpowered by the coffee like some mild cigars do. Great price point for a cigar with this type of construction.

Cinnamon bomb
Decent cigar overall. Tasting notes of milk chocolate, sweet cream, cashew, and tons of cinnamon, especially at the half way point. A little too much cinnamon for my liking, as it lasted until the end of the cigar.

Pleasantly surprised
I've had a couple of these sitting in my humidor for months and just never got around to trying them. I was very pleasantly surprised. I don't normally love Connecticuts but the Florida Man has a very balanced, more medium-ish profile than most and smokes with just the right amount of sweet and peppery. The flavors continue to develop into something a little more hay/grassy as it smokes. Florida Man really punches above its price point, and I hope I can find more Pages sticks with this kind of nuance.

OUT-STANDING!!!!
I tried this based on the description on the site. Boy, am I glad I did! These are now my 2nd favorite cigar (Acid is still my #1, by far). Florida Man Connecticut are flavorful yet mild. I used to smoke mainly more full-bodied cigars but I'm turning 68 in April and I cannot handle them anymore. So I have been smoking Ghurka's, Monte's, H. Up's, Romeo & Jul's, Fuente's and La Aurora's. All are great. But I put the FL Man's up against any of them! The draw is nice and easy, the ash burns slowly and uniformly, the flavor is fantastic from first draw to the last. Try these; you'll thank me later!

Solid Smoke Especially the Eminentes
I got the 10 pack sampler. I think they are really enjoyable smokes. Some sizes are better than others. The "Eminentes" size is going on my list of cigars I need a box of. It's the perfect size for the flavor and style of this cigar.

Mr.
I had five cigar sampler and then a 10. I was looking for something lighter for summer. These cigars started off interesting but turned less pleasant for me around half-way with a harshness. I had trouble with wrappers too, despite my near perfect humidification. Burn and draw were in the normal range. One of my biggest frustrations was trying to get the labels off while smoking. They're over-glued and it's best to carefully remove them before smoking to avoid damaging the fragile wrapper.

Florida Man - Mad Decent
Tried the Salamones and was not disappointed. Not blown away, but not disappointed. A very solid and well-rounded blend that was a cool pleasure to smoke the entire way through. Admittedly lost steam towards the last third, but I wasn't too harsh on it after the wonderful start and middle.

Fantastic Smoke
I was hesitant to purchase these but it turns out they're a nice, light creamy smoke with a great burn and overall beautiful construction. I look forward to ordering more of these in the future for a light everyday stick that's easy on the wallet.

“Big” Papa
Beautiful creamy appearance with a firm feel. If you like a firm mouth feel this is it. The draw is not great and not terrible but would like a little more on a pull. Construction is great,noticeable veins but not off putting or hard. The band is beautiful.
As for the smoke itself,I love it. Mild,creamy with a touch of sweetness,some hay,nuttiness and an ever so slight touch of cedar. The ash was solid and held together past the first 1/3. This is the first time I’ve tried these and took a chance on a box (although I didn’t get a box they were packed in packs of 5) 20 for $75. Can’t beat that. Over all I would definitely keep these in my humidor on a regular basis.

Pleasantly Surprised
I enjoy a good Connecticut and after reading the description and a few reviews decided to try them. The box arrived last week and some friends and I got into them over the weekend. All four of us were pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality. Half of that box of 20 is gone. I’m going to need to reorder soon!

Florida Man Santiago
Florida Man Santiago. The soft green band has a different tone and feel than just about anything out there and in a strange way feels like a bold choice. The light color of the wrapper paired with the band make this cigar stand out visually among others. I showed my wife this cigar and she gasped, “I love it! You know what this reminds me of? Ernest Hemingway!” Exactly.

Solid construction. Good draw. Weight is light to medium.

Smoked evenly throughout. Smooth and buttery creamy, with a hint of white pepper in the second third.

I found myself saying, “Wow, this is good!” multiple times. I purchased five of them, went through four of them before I knew it, and until I replenish I’m holding on to the last one for when I want to pamper myself.

This is a cigar that because of the wrapper color and the band looks like it will be a very light smoke, but there is more complexity and “oomph” than expected. I feel like I reeled in a nice surprise with this one.

Cold draw: Raisin Bran - nice
Paired with: tap water
Cut: straight
The cigar has a beautiful wrapper. The draw is perfect. Holds its ash well.
Nice light spice in the first several draws. Hints of bread, leather. Slight creaminess.
(Had to let it go out for a while due to work around 1/3 mark.) Relit and purged about an hour later and it tasted fine and continued to burn well. This continues to have more spice than most Connecticuts. Half way mark picked up on a sweetness I had not noticed before. Later a slight buttery note. The spice remained consistent.
Overall, I like the Florida Man and will be happy to smoke more of them. Excited to try this cigar on other vitolas, too.

Other Raymond Pages CTs I enjoy are the Penn Gold Standard, Graycliff Rose Gold, and Pirates Gold.

Not bad
I let it rest in the humidor for 2 weeks before trying one. It has a chalky texture that just isn’t for me. Draw is just a little tight. The look of the cigar and outer wrapper is 10/10. It’s not bad but probably going to stick with my other go-to Connecticut’s.

Excellent Cigar
Florida Man Perfecto

Temperature: 77 Degrees Fahrenheit
Outside RH: 45%
Large Bóveda Bag RH: Held for 6 days at 65%
Appearance: Connecticut shade, even color, 2 small veins, wrapper cracked at foot.
Feel: firm but not hard.
Dry scent: sweet tobacco.
Dry draw: hay, light pepper.
Cut: flat
Smoking time: 1 hour

1/3 - This Perfecto was very easy to light and felt elegant and classy in the hand. The draw was average with a strong body, balanced flavor with pepper notes on all areas of the tongue and a spicy retrohale. This spice trails off near the end of this 1/3. The strength was medium. The burn was slightly uneven but didn’t require any re-touches. The ash was 1.5 inches when it hit my leg with a thud.

2/3 - the draw remained average, the body was strong and the spiciness returned with pepper notes in addition to some salt and sweetness. The strength moved into the full range and I started getting a slight buzz. The burn remained slightly uneven but didn’t require any touch-ups. Kudos to CP Hal for the nice band which was removed easily! The ash was still holding on moving into the final 1/3 and was about 2” long.

3/3 - the draw remained average, body strong,
strength medium side of full, and burn even. Pepper on the back and salt on the front of the tongue. Slight mint on the inner lips. Retrohale still spicy. The huge ash finally fell off. This was a long peppery finish feeling it for at least an hour on the tip and sides of the tongue.

Very enjoyable smoke that has made me rethink my views on Connecticut Shades! Well done Raymond Pages and CP!

Great CT
I’m pretty picky and only smoked premium cigars. I’ve recently expanded my horizons thanks in part to Cigar Page. Like the BDL, this will not disappoint for the price point. This is a top 10 CT for me. I smoked the Papa and it tastes as described. I’ll be buying more.

Florida Man I couldn't resist the brand and look of this whole thing after a recent email deal , but the smoke is what realy delivers. Got a box of the manolin here in upstate NY and it is flawles looking. I normally let shipments rest a week but had to light one off the truck. description is right on target ,I see this becomeing a new rotation every day smoke for me
