Oscar Valladares is no longer just a rising star, he's become a veritable king in the Honduras cigar industry. Founded in 2012, his best-selling Leaf by Oscar and various other boutiquey Oscar Valladares brands have enchanted cigar dudes from sea to shining sea. On a recent visit down to Danli, we spotted a ton of his 2nds inventory without a home.
