Hondurenos was a brand new opportunity buy that just hit the dock,A few months back we were milling around the Raices Cubanas factory in Honduras a and noticed they had a sizeable load of unbanded cigars in the aging room with no home. You may have heard the name Raices Cubanas - this is the factory that makes several of the top blends for Alec Bradley, Viaje, Padilla, and Illusione, among others. Like other Overruns we scoop up, these 'Hondurenos' are all full long-filler goodness, just excess production of existing blends, some in odd or discontinued sizes, and all with no home. Until now. These all hail from Danli, Honduras and all from this specific factory. Each vitola varies in flavor profile, but the common thread with Raices-made cigars is a medium-bodied strength level and a signature earthy, slightly spicy-sweet character. All-in, this is another sick value from your boys at da Page.
