A bit underwhelming in the first 10 minutes even the retrohale was soft and barely noticeable but it started developing some dark, greasy notes in the first third. Almost like soy sauce and burning matches.Second third started bringing the brisket. Texas smoke, burning hardwood, spicy retrohale with some old school sweet long cut red man in the mix.Final third brought out more long cut chewing tobacco, sharp hardwood smoke, and molasses. Aroma throughout was sweet, round and inviting. Almost more enjoyable than the palate. Draw was a bit tight and smoke production wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t plugged or trying to go out prematurely by any means. Overall I didn’t like this one as much as the last cohiba nic I had but it was still a nice smoke.
