MrGood box pressed construction, great even burn, consistent filler made it easy to smoke with good draw. Flavor oaky/ woodsy not my favorite, but ok. I would not pay $10/ stick though

This morning I smoked a Decade Robustos. It's the first one I've smoked in 5 years. It came in a CP Sampler I recently purchased.
Starting with a really nice looking dark wrapper and a clean press on the cigar. Very uniform in the squeeze test. Pre light aroma of the wrapper was mildly barnyard like.
Sparked it up and we're off. Right away I'm getting a nice mix of various spices with hints of coffee, slight chocolate, and a hint of pepper.
This cigar drew and burnt well throughout. The flavors didn't change much as I made my way to a finger burning nub. Maybe they amped up a bit, but not much. It's been so long since I've smoked Rocky's stuff, this sampler was a great way to revisit some of his sticks.
This cigar was tasty and burnt slowly. I really enjoyed it. I'll be watching for this sampler again. If it comes up again, I'll be buying more. Solid medium bodied smoke with enough flavors and pepper to keep me interested. It's cool to revisit an old friend and be pleasantly surprised. Thanks for such a great sampler deal CP. This was one I just couldn't pass up. I only bought 2. I sure wish I would have bought more. I still remember when Rocky was the new kid on the block. Now he's an old timer who's still cranking out a ton of cigars. Funny, I'm an old timer too, and I still smoke a ton of cigars.

Disappointed
I wondered why Rocky Patel was always so discounted. It's because each product is an over-rated disappointment. Don't fall for the hype of this cigar.

Great Smoke
This is my go to stick. Great flavor well constructed. These have to stay in my humidor. Not to mention the very attractive price here at CP.

Rocky Patel’s best
What a great cigar love this boxed press gem great burn and construction this is one of my go to cigars along with the Oliva’s. I have found this is by far my favorite Rocky but don’t look over the Vintage and even the Edge.
